Payment Terms:

 $800 deposit payment plus 100% payment of any insurance requests, price per person, due at time of booking. 3% CC charged will be invoiced at a later date for those using a CC - alternatively you may send an email transfer to Skican

February 7th, 2024 - Final Payment price per person less deposit.

Travel Insurance:

Skican strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Trip organizers are responsible for communicating the availability of Comprehensive Insurance to all participants. ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit. A package plan can be purchased through Skican for participants, please refer to "request a quote" on the Skican payment portal during or promptly after your registration. Please know the insurance form is located just prior to entering the payment system on the title page. You can also email tvella@skican.com to make arrangements prior.

The Hotels

   

  

The Golf Hotel is a FOUR STAR hotel, built in the 1920’s, which overlooks the village of Brides-les-Bains and is located 200 metres from the gondola lift to the 3 Vallées ski area. At the Olympe gondola there is a ski room available in addition to ski lockers that can be rented. The hotel is also located steps away from The Grand Spa Thermal, which offers special rates to hotel guests. Amenities at the hotel include a restaurant, lounge, fitness centre, and an outdoor elevator that offers quick access to the shops and activities of the village.

The Single and Double rooms include a TV, private bathroom with shower or bath, in-room safe, heated towel rail and Hairdryer along with Complimentary Wi-Fi.

Half board, breakfast and  a la cart dinner menu will be offered.
