Anyone booking after this date will be subject to that days current public pricing and availability or until sold out.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Chilcoot Lodge & Vance Creek Hotel.

The Chilcoot Lodge has a total of 34 guest rooms & suites and is also ski-in/out, located in the

heart of the village. There is a central check-in at Vance Creek Hotel if you are staying at

Chilcoot Lodge. Amenities include 2 outdoor hot tubs, heated ski lockers, on-site guest coin

laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, plus 2 restaurants and a Saloon in the Vance Creek Hotel.

Hotel rooms include 2 queen beds and one bathroom, and are equipped with a bar fridge,

coffeemaker & microwave.

One Bedroom Suites at the neighbouring Vance Creek Hotel include full kitchen, dining table

and living area with a queen hide-a-bed and gas fireplace. The bedroom contains one queen

bed and a set of single/single bunk beds located in an alcove in the bedroom. The One Bedroom

Suite with King has a King Bed in the bedroom

INN at Big White - Superior Units - SKI IN/OUT

This full-service hotel is located in the heart of the village. The hotel has 100 guest rooms, an 84-seat restaurant, lounge with outdoor terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room and ski storage. Each Superior Room has 1 queen bed and a queen murphy bed, gas fireplace, TV, table and chairs and a galley kitchen which is equipped with cookware and utensils, and an induction cooker, microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. (we will stop at a grocery store on the way to Big White so you can pick up breakfast items)

 

   

Payment Terms:

Reserve your place on the trip: $500 deposit payment due plus 100% payment of any insurance requests, price per person, 

October 7th, 2026 - last day for deposits, IF there are spots remaining

January 31, 2017 - Final Payment price per person less deposit. 

Cancellation Policy:

❖ The Deposits are non-refundable.

Our trip minimum is 20 people, if we do not meet this requirement, the package cost may have a small surcharge

Travel Insurance:

Skican strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Trip organizers are responsible for communicating the availability of Comprehensive Insurance to all participants. ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit. A package plan can be purchased through Skican for participants , please refer to "request a quote" on the Skican payment portal during your registration or shortly after.

Medical insurance tips, be sure your insurance will pay the hospital directly without you paying upfront before release.  Also be sure insurance will pay for any  changes to your flights to accommodate injuries.
