Members: All Ski Bees destination trips are open to members and are "friendly and inclusive". Ski Bees reserves the right to reject a trip deposit and issue a refund for the deposit.

Preferred Pricing Deadline: November 1st, 2026  This is the date on which any airline seats or hotel rooms in our contract, that have not been reserved, are then released. Anyone booking after this date will be subject to that days current public pricing and availability or until sold out.

Group Size: 25+ Our trip minimum is 25 people, if we do not meet this requirement, the package cost may have a small surcharge.

We are holding 70 seats on the following flights:

-  Flight numbers and departure times are subject to change.

-  If any of the group members book their own air independently, they will be responsible for finding their own way to the resort and back to the airport unless their flights coincide with the group transfers.

- 1st piece of checked luggage is included in each direction

- Ski Bag & Boot Bag, skis and boots only.  No oversized bags. 

Canadian Citizens:Travel within Canada– valid PHOTO ID is a requirement to board all aircraft.

This 4-star property has a convenient ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of the village. Guests can enjoy

all the full services such as Mantles Restaurant and Lounge, Pub, room service, ski valet and Business

Centre. Enjoy exclusive use of the health club with an indoor entrance to a heated outdoor pool, 3 hot

tubs, well equipped gym, steam room and sauna. The spacious guest rooms are luxuriously appointed,

offering one King or two Queen beds. All rooms have a hair dryer, mini fridge, high speed internet,

Reserve your place on the trip: $500 deposit payment due plus 100% payment of any insurance requests, price per person, 

October 5, 2026 - last day for deposits, IF there are spots remaining

November 20th, 2025 - Final Payment price per person less deposit.

Cancellation Insurance: Skican strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to

protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are

forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Trip organizers are

responsible for communicating the availability of comprehensive insurance

to all participants. The premium is due with the deposit.

Travel Insurance:

Skican strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Trip organizers are responsible for communicating the availability of Comprehensive Insurance to all participants. ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit or shortly after. A package plan can be purchased through Skican for participants , please refer to "request a quote" on the Skican payment portal during your registration.

Medical insurance tips, be sure your insurance will pay the hospital directly without you paying upfront before release.  Also be sure insurance will pay for any  changes to your flights to accommodate injuries.
